Frank Williams opened his real estate brokerage in Chicago while leading great organizations including the NAACP and the Dearborn Realtists Organization. Frank then lead the Chicago Association of Realtors impacting reforms throughout the City! His example is critical to continued forward progress for Black Chicago and all of Chicagoland.
